Payment options:

• 1.  Pay in full on or before September 30th and receive a 5% discount.

• 2.  A 10-month payment plan is available, starting from September 1st - June 1st.

• Book Fee - $450 before June 15th/$500 after June 15th 

• Screening Fee (nonrefundable) - $30

• Registration Fee (nonrefundable) - $150
